Our Mission & Values
International Seal exists to reliably supply the right sealing component, correctly specified, at a competitive price. We source globally, stock strategically, and apply genuine technical expertise to every enquiry. Our aim is not to be the biggest name in sealing. It's to be the most dependable one.
Backed by over 60 years of combined sealing and engineering expertise, we operate with a direct approach: understand the application, specify the correct solution, and deliver it on time.
Core Focus
Sealing Products for Demanding Applications
Our sealing range supports demanding operating conditions including elevated and low temperatures, high pressures, aggressive chemical environments and critical process applications. From standard O-rings and gaskets to specialist materials and custom components, products can be selected according to the application's dimensional, material and performance requirements.
Where an application falls outside what an elastomer can tolerate, we can move you up the range rather than sell you the wrong part. Our elastomer temperature range guide and chemical compatibility guide set out the limits of the standard compounds; beyond those, FFKM, PTFE and metal seals cover the conditions elastomers cannot.
If you are not sure which material suits your conditions, send us the process media, temperature range and pressure and we will make a recommendation.
International Seal supplies sealing components for applications where temperature, pressure, chemical exposure, cleanliness or reliability are critical.
We support customers across medical, semiconductor, oil & gas, food & beverage, fluid power and general industrial sectors, helping identify suitable sealing products and materials for each application.
Specifying to Your Exact Requirements
Every sealing application carries its own performance demands, chemical compatibility, pressure rating, temperature range, contamination control, or regulatory compliance. We work directly with customers to understand their end-use conditions and match the correct material, geometry and specification to the application.
How We Work With You
Our Supply Services
Our supply services are built to reduce procurement complexity and support production continuity.
30-Day Fast Prototype Supply (FPS)
Where a component has to be tooled from scratch, our FPS programme delivers tooled, moulded and inspected parts in 30 days — with a 1% daily credit if we are late. Typical industry lead times for the same work run 60 to 120 days.
That matters most when a design is still moving: it lets you test a real moulded part in the assembly inside a month rather than a quarter, and iterate before committing to production tooling.
Ongoing Supply and Stock
We also offer custom seal kitting, precision gasket cutting, scheduled delivery programmes and dedicated stock-holding for recurring demand. From first enquiry through to ongoing production supply, we handle the process end to end.
Why International Seal?
We are a specialist sealing distributor, not a generalist catalogue house. Our focus is precise: specify the right product, source it competitively, and deliver it reliably. We work directly with customers at every stage, from initial specification through to production supply, so the right seal reaches the right application first time.
Every seal we supply protects more than a joint. It protects uptime, product integrity and your customers' trust in you.
Request a Quote or Talk to Our Team
If you know the part, send us the dimensions, material and quantity. If you do not, send us the application, the process media, the temperature and pressure range, and what the joint has to do, and we will specify it with you.
Drawings, existing manufacturer part numbers, photographs and physical samples are all useful, particularly where you are replacing a seal whose original specification has been lost. One-off requirements, prototype quantities and ongoing production demand are all welcome, and material certification and test reports are available on request.
